Your employee, Jeff Sacheck was awesome! Professional but friendly, explained things well, knowledgeable, & polite, Had Spectrum internet prior, switched, can't even tell the difference!

Been about a month now & Highline still…
Been about a month now & Highline still hasn't removed my temporary fiber line. Permanent underground line hase been installed and ready to terminate. I guess I should have stayed with Spectrum. I'll give them one more week to resolve this problem, then back to Spectrum.

Great installation of the fiber and…
Great installation of the fiber and router. The installers we able to fish the fiber in the basement and up insider the kitchen wall. Exactly where we wanted it. Great work.

Service is on and off
Service is on and off. I'll be watching a movie, and a little circle continues to revolve and I can't finish the movie. I have requested disconnect, but can't get a proper reply to return their equipment.
