A few outages none for more than a few…
A few outages none for more than a few hours prompt answering on phone calls allowed me to set up my son as contact for trouble shooting problems quick response time perfect service and speeds

A very satisfied customer-
I am so satisfied with this internet service. I can connect so quickly at any time. We have had a few outages, but the company notifies us as quickly as possible and for the inconvenience they discount your monthly bill. (I can't say this for my former internet provider.) Thank you, Highline

Prompt and polite
Prompt and polite. Internet fixed within a short period of time. A service person came to fix didn't try to talk me trough how to fix it myself
