I have three items
I have three items: the face mask; the sauna bag, and the hair cap and they are all great!

Horrible customer service
I placed an order for a red light kit that included oxytocin oil 6 weeks ago and I still haven’t received the oxytocin oil. The only way to communicate with customer support is through online chat and that’s AI. They kept saying the oil was out of stock and will ship it when it comes in but then they said it was in but no explanation as to why it still hasn’t shipped yet they still continue to sell it on their website. Why continue to sell it if it’s out of stock? My order was placed 6 weeks ago and not fulfilled. Their customer service is horrible. If you want to actually receive items you pay for, don’t buy from this company. Buyer beware!

Hi Tina, we are so sorry to hear about your experience and sincerely apologize for the delay and frustration. Due to the high demand for our oxytocin oil, we did temporarily run out of stock, but we want to assure you that your order is now in transit and is expected to arrive this upcoming Monday. A member of our team will be reaching out to you directly to provide your tracking information and ensure everything else is resolved, so thank you so much for your patience and for giving us the opportunity to make things right.

I have continually tried to get my products that I have ordered
I have continually tried to get my product that I paid for first you sent me a brush claiming everything was delivered. Then I wrote back multiple times then you sent me finally the red light showerhead and I have been repeatedly asking for when the oil is coming and I was told last Friday it was to come in and I asked for a discount for the inconvenience that you put me through and you gave me a whole $20 on my next order
Response from HIGHERDOSEMay 6, 2026
Hi Kirk, we're sincerely sorry for the frustration and the mix-up with your delivery. To make things right immediately, we have refunded $20 directly to your current order rather than applying it to a future one, and the remaining oil is scheduled to ship out next week. We would still love to honor a discount on a future purchase for the trouble. Please email us directly and we will get that set up for you personally. Thank you for your patience while we fix this!

Be careful about giving them your details
Be careful about giving them your real email address, I have been receiving spam to the unique email address that I created for this website. The spam is not from them so someone with access to their database is selling your data!!

Haven’t seen any results after three weeks but hopefully that will change in the next few weeks. Item is priced too high for it’s inconsistent results.

Hi Mark! Thanks for giving us a try. We totally hear you on the timing. While some see changes early, it can often take a bit longer for the full effects to kick in. Since we want you to feel 100% confident in your investment, don't forget you’re covered by our 120-day return window. This gives you plenty of time to see those results without any pressure. We're rooting for you!
