Hello hibbett supports, I know your company are very respected that's why you gain my trust. I already ordered a lots of items specially the shoes. Many-many shoes! But this is the 3rd time that I received a box that smashed! Squished box! Its like someone else was stepping on it. The box was overkilled!! We are paying for expensive items so we want to make sure that you will secure our package in a good quality boxes.. Last time I decided to don't return those shoes but for this one is really bad... I wanna return the shoe in your store so hopelly they will accept the shoe because is not my fault. I need to drive 2 hours just to get there and return my items to our nearest store in our area. I'm looking forward that they will accept my return. Thank you in advance.. Please let me know because many times I don't receive any reply for you guys. I wanna send a pictures so you will know that I'm telling the truth😥 I'm kinda disappointed sir/ma'am. Hopelly in the store they provide a better box. Thank you, Efren

I must compliment Hibbetts for the speed with in which they deliver but the customer service agent cannot to be taken at their word. Maybe I should not place them all in the same bracket, so I will speak about my experience with two representatives. One whose name I forgot. I placed an order at Hibbets.com and when I received my order the security device was still attached to one of the items. After reaching out to customer service, I spoke with a very nice young man, letting him know how dissappointed I was about the mistake. He tried to find a store that I could visit to get the security device taken off but I opted to send it back via mail because it was less headache( commuting and covid-19). The nice young man apologized profusely because he realized how annoyed I was with the situation. He said that I can re-order the item at the same price I paid( price would be honored).Also I will be given an extra 20 percent off what I paid for the item. I was told to call customer service back when I am ready to place my order because he put a note on my account. I did just that!! Today( 6/3/2020) I called customer service to place my order and I spoke to Nick. I even went as far as asking if I can order two items and get the discount promised😁. It would be too lengthy to write about our whole conversation. Nick decided that he is not able to honor the 20 percent extra that I was promised. He also told me that he could not give me the item at the price I paid for it because he had no way of adjusting the price over the phone. I was told to buy the item at the current online price and then they would adjust the price later on ( refund me the difference later on). He was very emphatic in his refusal to honor the extra twenty percent and to sell the item at my previous purchase price. As a matter of fact he said,"I am not sure why you were told that". Like I said Hibbett customer service cannot be taken at their word. Where is the honor? Why use that word lightly? I am sure that the customer representative was only doing what he was taught by the company. Quite sad that a company cannot be trusted to train their reps to speak truth. Sad!

Some bad business they Lost my shipment

I placed an order online with the curbside pick-up option, upon arriving at the store and calling the number given in my email I was told that curbside service is no longer available. I received the email at 2:05pm today stating my order was ready along with instructions on what to do upon arrival. I will be canceling the order. I choose not 2 go into the store, an would not have placed the ordered if the curbside option was not offered. Hibbett Sports DON'T OFFER SERVICES U WILL NOT HONOR!!!

I ordered sneakers, received confirmation, received shipping date, then my order was cancelled because the item is no longer available Why have the item available online and you don't have the item? Not a happy customer!

I've had great experiences with Hibbetts online. I ordered the wrong size and was able to order correct size easily and was able to return the incorrect size to my local store. I used a coupon on the original order but wasn't able to on the 2nd order for correct size so I emailed them and they promptly emailed me back and refunded the difference. They were very nice and very helpful. I reccomend ordering from Hibbetts online!

If I could explain this company in one word it would be AWFUL!!! This might not count for much but I will never order from this company again. I placed my order on 2/26, received 3/11, I returned product on 3/24 and my return was received in 3/26. It is now MAY 7, 2020 and I have not received my full refund. I’ve reached out 4 times via email and I keep receiving a generic canned response. This has been my worst shopping experience. Very disappointed! Sincerely Ms. Marquez.
