Hibbett SportsReviews of hibbett.com

Terrible. Did not deliver on shipping promises, cs reps had no clue when my order was coming. If you order adidas shoes from there, they just order from adidas and have them shipped to you. I texted to complain and they could not have cared less that I was unhappy. Stay away.

great people awesome Manager. One of my favorite stores. Better then Elk City store. Best store in Weatherford, Oklahoma

This is unprofessional company. I purchase my tshirt on June 24,2020. I just received my t shirt today. I kept reaching out to them my text, phone and chat I didn’t get any help. I ask someone to get a supervisor to call me within 48 hrs no call back. I wouldn’t prefer nobody to purchase online orders for hibbett sports. I am not satisfied with their services at all.

Once again Hibbett sports came through in just 4 days my last experience with them was awesome but this time around they were amazing just 3 and a half days I ordered them on a Sunday night and Thursday morning they were on my feet I got a pair of Air Jordan 13 retro dub zero in camouflage awesome kicks great customer service great selections and amazing fast delivery I don't know about everyone's experience but if they treat everyone like they treat me then I recommend Hibbett sports five well deserved stars keep it up Hibbett sports

So far so good!!!

I placed an order for some shoes and it processed and they took money out of my account. Paid for 3 day shipping too. I Try to check the status of my order and it’s no where to be found. Money still not put back into my account and I can’t get ahold of a representative in customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, YOU WONT RECEIVE ANYTHING AND THEYLL TAKE YOUR MONEY

Worst app and store in the world. They just told me I won the raffle for the Yeezy Zyon but the app won’t work to let me confirm. So I call customer service and they have the audacity to tell me, that sucks and I probably should just try to buy it on release day, even though I won this raffle. They told me they can not confirm my spot in the raffle for what I won even though I am literally talking to the corporate of Hibbett and their “tech/app experts” this is the last time I use this app for anything. I wish I could give negative stars.

I ordered a few pair of sneakers never recieved them after being on hold and back and fourth for hours was told I will get a e-gift card as a refund to place another order. Never recieved that as well and was lied to multiple times by management with hibbett and route. Do not order from them
