So far I am loving this grow box. I'm only germinating my first seed but so far so good. Customer service has been AMAZING. They respond quickly and seem to really care how it's going and if I'm happy with my purchase. I will have more to say as I continue this process. So far .......LOVE LOVE LOVE

Boxes were delivered with latches that were not installed properly. App tells you the door is still open hours later. If you fill the water to the line where it says it ends up leaking and ruining your floor or any furniture next to it. I have water damage on my great grandmother's antique hutch now. Asked about a return and they ignored me. Customer service can take over a day to respond. They ignore your questions when they do respond. Every box includes a 3 month subscription, but when you buy a box + subscription you only get part of the subscription because they include the original included subscription as part of the deal. I only received 6 months of fertilizer when I ordered my box which includes 3 months + 6 months subscription. Asked about what they would cover for a return since the water issue is a build issue that they knew about and said they will address in future models, and the latch problems. They will not even talk to me about a return even though I reported problems in the time frame. Also took them a week to tell me where I could leave a review.

Many issues with this grow box. Only one usb device can be attached at a time using their smart options. The smart humidifier is to small and doesn't stay at a constant level, either over 68 or under 38. The on/off rarely works correctly. The sleep function for the external light and chime can only be off for 12 hours at a time. There should not even be a chime on this. The heat uses the temperature in the room for it's internal temperature. The drain feature pause doesn't work but you can self pause. There are good things about this. The self contained features are great and there is no smell. The drain feature is a great option. In the future they need to have an internal humidifier and some internal heater

Product looks nice and seems like it should function for what I need. • Product was damage during shipping (-1 star) • Customer service representative said "Yes" to providing me with 2 free subscriptions as compensation for the damaged product but then it was denied when escalated (-1 star) • I now believe the grow box isn't functioning as intended, which could be from the shipping incident. The App said during the germination process, the light should be off for 18 hours. I haven't seen the light turn off ever and I believe it may be a faulty product (-1 star)

I apperciate 6rowerj on discord so much he has been very helpful through out the growing journey. I never write reviews, but this gentelman is just superb and deserves to be apperciated ❤️

Amazing product and awesome support

Support team is great. Always responds fairly quickly within several hours or sooner. Jake and Vee are both excellent people!! I've never had an issue they could not fix. I also like their product. The Abby box has been great so far
