Unethical company that censors critical feedback. Cheaply made product, terrible support and only a 1 year warranty. The grow boxes parts are cheap and fail very often. A tent would be a better purchase

My grow box stopped working and the support has been awful. No one has even bothered to talk to me. So sad

Amazing app to go with system. Helps you from start to finish, gives you grow guides and guides for fixing issues. Also has an active community of growers and support agents are quick to answer any questions. Highly recommend to new growers and experienced ones. Only down side is the size , have to be careful not to let it grow too big but the app helps out a lot with size references for specific strains.

Haven't even received the product, and I'm giving them one star. ordered The product was supposed to be shipped out in June. I still have not received it. I'm supposed to receive it on September 5th. Company acts like it's no big deal that. The product has already been paid for, and I haven't received it yet.
