When we first got our HeyAbby it worked incredibly well. Unfortunately the entire company had a glitch due to Leap Year. My box has now been broken for over two months. I have been going back and forth with HeyAbby, but to no avail. The customer service is absolutely horrible. They never track what the issue is and they still haven't given me a solution. I spent over $1000 on a product that only worked for a few months. There is no customer service phone number -- only an email. Definitely a bunch of scammers.

Had a great experience purchasing the 420 edition. At first I ordered the soil edition sent an email in distress and within 24 hours customer service responded with great news, since it was a pre-order I was able to pay the difference and ultimately receive the hydroponic 420 edition. Keep up the good work!
