My experience has been wonderful as with any new thing there was a learning curve thick makes me feel that the application would be adjusted to include times that properly reflect the soil version germination and growth schedule it's a little slower than the hydro version as well. The assistance I have received has been amazing I've actually bragged to my friends who work at Call centers u love the products I think it's s great experienc and took for amateur growers I know it made me personally go out and read books and research overall great things dude I have you five stars feel free to send me stuff lol. Well this last experience was wonderful. The agent took her time to explain everything to me in detail and made sure I was confident in proceeding and pointed me to more info. A absolute 5 star. The problem was after I received my box(Jun 19th 2025) I reached out to support about the door not shutting correctly. I sent them a video of the door and the light emitting from it while shut. I also pointed out that there was a dent at the bottom of the door which would only show up in person and not via a photo(which never was addressed. The response I got was troubling as I was told that not the units will be perfect and that the door just needed new weather stripping. In the video you can clearly see the door is not correct and as these are not cheap I was highly disappointed. As I had already waited 2 months to receive the box I ended up hopefully fixing the door myself. We will see how this grow goes.

Bought the first abby box over a year ago. Some learning curve but not much and not difficult. Can only grow auto flowers without moving to a tent as anything else literally outgrown the box. We liked the ease and results so much eo now run 5 abby boxes in rotation keeping us in high quality bud. Growing doesn't get much easier. Add cal mag and fish shit to abby s chemicals fot best results. Temps and humidity handles by AI .
