it was easy to use not any recoil and easy to change cartridges

I tried my 2020 out today, it handled nice and was right on target with the Lazer. It's nice to know I have it but hope I never have to use it. Thank you Mike Bersaw

Violet was absolutely perfect and her customer skills were on point Because of her professionalism, I will definitely recommend this product and company to people that I know

I know have confidence to walk the streets . Thank you I almost got car jacked and I use hero in self defense.

The safety switch was is backwards from what I thought it supposed to be so I gave them a bad review and then I called him and they straightened me out and everything turned out great. She was very pleasant and very wanting to make sure I had it right so I appreciate it. Sorry about the bad first one that was me jumping to conclusions, have a nice day and thank you
