Great how-to videos and advice on using the Aiiro non-lethal spray. My wife really appreciates the non-lethal yet effective deterrence factor she can carry on her person. I feel much better when she travels about town now as well.

Great company with a great product. Nice people, easy to work with. I had originally screwed up my order, but they helped me straighten it all out. I am completely satisfied with my interactions with them and the product I received. My one criticism is that they have a phone number where you can leave a voice message, which they apparently never listen to or respond to. But they respond immediately and very helpfully to email. So don’t try to call them; that seems not to work.

Thanks for your feedback! Glad we were able to help you get your order figured out :) Please note our support team may prioritize the platform (email vs phone) where they were able to connect with you. If they tired to call you back unsuccessfully, but you replied back to an email for example, they would continue to help you via email.
