Excellent buying experience.

I love the new electronic checks. Very prompt service

Had a hard time getting the order placed, because the servers were being bombarded with a lot of others buyers. The market had gone into a dip at the time. Now, I received my order on time, very happy with the quality & design and especially the price! As quoted in the terminator films, “I’ll be back”

Great price and fast shipping along with so much to choose from

After taking order info and card info they declined the order with no explanation given - very sketchy and possibly a scam - will be checking with my bank tomorrow One of 2 possibles here either thieves or jerks proceed with caution of just go to a better tier of metal dealers 6/20 UPDATE after checking this event with my bank, it turns out that the culprit here is Wells Fargo - for the ONLY time in the almost 20 years I have had this checking account there, they decided to flag a transaction - in the past they have let several very suspicious transactions fly - for some reason, they decided this small transaction was shaky - so, HERO may be just fine - I owe it to them to take another try and see - so, neutral for now so I made a small order to test Hero: and here is the outcome the delivery was plenty fast ( 7 days but that included the 4th July weekend so no delivery Sat or Sun - would have been here on Sat otherwise ) the silver coin was beautiful - perfect shape - in a protective case - the price was the lowest I found from any other PM dealer - the $140 min order free shipping is also the lowest I have found the other coin ( 1/10th oz Zombie Bunny ) was a total disappointment - it was "colorized" which would normally be a regular coin which has been accented with color - either paint or enameled - this was not - it was a regular 1/10th oz generic walking liberty with what appears to simply be a decal placed over the liberty side - not really a big deal EXCEPT it was priced at about 3 times the current price of a 1/10th oz silver round, and, not being an actual embossed round it has ZERO collectability value added - still, the free shipping and the better price of the other silver more than made-up for the poor value of the tiny round all in all, Hero has better than average pricing, fast shipping, very good packing, and a decent selection - stay away from the gimmick rounds and order more than the minimum for free shipping and it is a good choice

Product was as ordered!!

Great service/prices.

I have not gotten my package yet.. or herd anything from Hero metals.. about it long over due..
