I have not gotten my package yet.. or herd anything from Hero metals.. about it long over due..

I purchased .999 silver shot from Hero for years. When I decided to sell some back to my preferred bullion source, they informed me they do not buy back the silver shot they sell. Not a big deal because I was able to find a buyer. Just wanted others to be aware before considering them your source as I did.

Fake reviews and fake website. I placed an order for over $5,000 and they charged my card, then cancelled my order and lied and said it’s fraud when it quite literally isn’t. This isn’t a real website, it’s designed to capture your card information.

I ordered a 2019 queens beast coin and you sent me a 2023 queens tudor beast coin which is worth about 20 to 30 percent less than what I ordered. Needless to say I was not happy with my transaction. It's still a nice coin so I decided to keep it in my collection

I cancelled my order and they cashed my checked and sent the item anyways. Poor customer service.

Received an item in poor condition vastly different than advertised, ordered and paid for. Clear indication that Hero Bullion knew they were shipping something other than ordered. Hero Bullion is not timely responding to emails or voice messages. Failure to respond is not acceptable.

This company promises shipment in "1-3 days". they have had my wire for tens of thousands for over a week and refuse to respond to my questions on where my purchased product is. I will have to engage with a Texas attorney next week if this continues.

I sent customer service a request and are awaiting a response, One of the coins I received is questionable for authenticity. Diameter is too big. I would greatly appreciate a contact back
