Sir A.
When ordering 'Random' BU American Silver Eagles what will happen is they will offload the highest mintage years Eagles to you and claim it is "Random". Customer service is a joke..claiming 'Whatever is in stock when the order comes in'. I have had it with these clever peddlers.

Terrible customer service and poor quality control. I ordered eight silver dollars from Hero Bullion, and three arrived heavily tarnished. Getting in touch with customer service was a nightmare of unreturned calls and ignored emails. When they finally offered a replacement, they expected me to pay for the return shipping on their defective product. When I objected, they stopped responding. I will never buy from them again and do not recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy coin dealer.

I bought $5.00 face value 90% silver dimes. One in the package was a 1984! I called and they said they would refund me and never did.
