The price was good.

They did not follow my delivery instructions and left the package in a compromising place

last 2 orders fed ex was late otherwise it was fine

Received product thankfully, but not happy that delivery was left at doorstep unattended. Would prefer that my signature be required for all deliveries even non-precious metal orders, but especially if ordering precious metals, and in the event I am not home to sign, then leave a door tag to call and reschedule delivery or if using USPS as was this case, leave at post office for me to pick up with delivery unsuccessful door tag.

The 10oz Germania Mint bar was not in a vacuum sealed plastic as advertised , the rounds were great all five of them, but the bar was not packaged properly
