Price was good, purchasing was easy. This was a good experience, as was my previous purchase from Hero. My only complaint is that you are unable to pay by paper check unless the purchase is over $500, and no way am I giving a 3rd party my banking login information. For me personally, when I'm looking at prices, these being very competitive between similar web sites, the additional cost per oz for credit/debit card purchases under $500 usually causes me to make the smaller purchases elsewhere. That said, I am always comparing Hero Bullion to the other web sites and they have consistently good pricing. Maybe not the best on everything, but you can usually find something similar for a low price.

Terrible customer service and poor quality control. I ordered eight silver dollars from Hero Bullion, and three arrived heavily tarnished. Getting in touch with customer service was a nightmare of unreturned calls and ignored emails. When they finally offered a replacement, they expected me to pay for the return shipping on their defective product. When I objected, they stopped responding. I will never buy from them again and do not recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy coin dealer.

Quick shipping! These guys have a fantastic selection and some of the best pricing online.
