I was walking past the kiosk at the Del Amo mall in Torrance. A guy at the kiosk handed me a sample, and then proceeded to apply this crap under my eye. The product immediately irritated my skin, I said I had to go. He said “aren’t you concerned about your bagging and sagging eyes?” No, no I am not, I proceeded to Sephora where I spent $359 and was not insulted. I had no idea how much this stuff cost until I looked it up online - expecting to see complaints. The area where this was applied on my face is now irritated and dry.

I had a bad experience with a sales rep. She was pushy, and even though I told her I was on a fixed income, she kept pushing. In a moment of weakness, I agreed to put it on my credit card. When I got home, I found that she didn't include the "free" product that was to come with my purchase. I called the number that she provided, but got no live person, just a recording. I left my information but never did receive a phone call back. When I finally went to use my vial of Yubari King Wrinkle Eraser, I was not able to open the product. I contacted the Customer Service number that was sent along with my product and explained the situation. I wasn't expecting to get any response, but I got an email from Stephanie. She was quite thorough and asked me what products I had purchased, what was missing, etc. She said she would send me a new vial along with the missing product and one extra for my trouble. The products have just arrived and I am anxious to try them out. I have high hopes that these products will be the answer to my dry and aging skin. I'm 72, but I don't want to look like I'm that old!

I was stopped in the mall by a salesman who stopped me and my kids while school shopping and wanted me to try the eye serum. I’ll admit at first I was impressed until I heard the price. I work in dermatology and know better to trust this kind of sale static but he offered all these discounts and free products I had a moment of weakness. I bought it for 350 but somehow after taxes paid 420??? The kids were anxious and I just wanted to go after an hour of our time he took up. Before leaving the mal maybe an hour later I caught myself in the mirror and those instant results that I had were gone and it left a white film under my eyes. I instantly had buyer remorse. So I decide to take it back to learn there are no refunds!! Never heard of such a thing. That is robbery considering I was not told that up front. I’m very very upset. I am basically threw 400 in the trash! Everyone needs to know this is a scam!!! I don’t know what is in the bottle but it’s not even close to satisfactory.

Wrinkle Eraser is amazing! Just used a little bit put under my eyes and on corner of eyes (crows feet) waited about a minute and the were gone!

Great products hoping to see great results

Disappointed after I bought this product during my lunch. First was cost. I bought this because I was told it was organic. I was buying this because of the salesperson. Once I had time to review the ingredients I was mad at myself for trusting a salesperson. I have studied chemistry and chemicals banned in Canada and Europe. This product would never be sold there! This is a chemical toxin.

I’ve only been using Hermetise products for a short while but I’ve already noticed a difference in my skin. These products are so lush, every woman deserves to treat herself to better skin!

I loved the whole Hermetise experience. The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and saw I was struggling with rosacea. He helped find the right products and program for me. I noticed immediate improvement and couldn't be happier.
