These skincare routine products will not disappoint. I have rosacea and constantly have to wear make up to cover up the redness. After stepping into the store with my mother, more for her than me, I was given a sample to see how the products work in reducing the rosacea. After just one application I could see immediate results and knew that these products needed to be in my life. I’ve tried everything to reduce the redness in my face and these are the first products that actually showed a result. Invest in yourself and give these products a try. You will not be dissatisfied.

The amazing effects of Hermetise products on me! I have tried most of the name brand cosmetics but none have done amazing results like Hermetise. I was quite amazed at the wonders that Hermetise products have done to me in a few seconds or minutes. First, I had the hand cream and while Tony of Tsawwassen Mills was rubbing my hand with the cream, it accumulated dead skins taken from my hand. There was a big difference between the look and the feel of the hand with the Hermetise cream and the hand without any cream. It was so clean and smooth and soft. Then, he tried the liquid in a syringe called Amber New Age Syringe on the deep lines on top of my nose and within a minute or less than a minute, Tony and I were both flabbergasted to see no lines where there were deep lines before. Tony got very excited and, of course, I was happy that I can use this product to remove the deep lines on my face. Then, I was given a sample of the moisturizer in a small packet and I tried it. My face was glowing and it was moist for the rest of the day until the next day. There is no single doubt in my mind that I finally found the skin care products that will help me look beautiful, young and healthy looking at my age of 68 years. I highly recommend all the Hermetise products to every reader wanting to improve her look and appearance. these Hermetise products work! They work for me and they should work for you, too. I tried the Hermetise products at the store in Nassau, Bahamas. The Yubari King Gold Wrinkle Eraser is an amazing product. It smoothed my undereye bags to nothing. I have also used the Professional Hand Cream which moisturizes with no greasiness whatsoever. Love these products. I almost knocked off a star for 2 reasons. 1. The online price is ridiculously higher than the instore price so I worry about what it will take to replace when I run out; 2. The salespeople obviously work on commission and therefore pull hard sell tactics which can be off-putting. It is a shame because the products can really sell themselves because they WORK.

After having a bad experience with a locally owned location in Nassau, I received very timely communication from the Stephanie wanting to make things right! They are sending me a replacement product and their apologies for what happened. You can't asked for much more than that! I will try the new product I'm being sent, and anticipate that it is genuine this time!

I love the products. I bought in Vegas. They are expensive, but I treated myself. My skin is sensitive and it works great.

My husband and I were stopped while vacationing in Hawaii. I felt like the whole encounter was one big fat scam! They put some product on my face and I have to admit that what ever they used did show dramatic results. The lady told me the product would last 21/2 years which sounded a little fishy. The music was playing so loud that it was distracting, I’m sure it was on purpose so I could not concentrate. When she told me how much the product was, I about fell out of my chair. I told her although I liked what it did for my skin, I didn’t think it was worth it so she lowered the price and somehow convinced me to pay $500 for the product and gave me a complementary facial the next day. I should have known it was just more of the scam! When it was all said and done, I ended up paying $4,000 more for 2 devises that promised to take away all the damage and wrinkles on my face. Needless to say, 2 months later with consistent use of all the products, my skin is still the same and I am $4,500 poorer! The eye syringe product that was supposed to last 21/2 years is almost gone and not surprisingly, it doesn’t give the same results as it did that day she put it on me! These people just prey on innocent people on vacation! Of course none of the products can be returned! Worst experience ever! Stephanie with customer service contacted me and apologized for my bad experience. She explained that that actual company that makes the product only distributes the products. They have nothing to do with the selling practices of these 3rd party companies. She offered to send me enough of the product I purchased to last the 2 years they promised along with some of their other products for me to try. I must say, the customer service is top notch!

Yesterday we had a slightly unpleasant experience at the Opry Mills store that sells this product. The employees were rather pushy in their sales tactics (as most sales people on commission) and my mother ended up buying a product that was tested on her. Unfortunately, the product caused her to have an allergic reaction and that mixed with our experience made us just simply want to return the products. Thankfully, customer service helped us get in touch with the owner of the store and manager who very pleasantly helped refund us for the products we purchased.

After visiting a site in Nashville Tennessee at Opry Mills mall and not only having a horrible experience after buying this product and being offered a free facial which was one of the worst experiences of my life I called to report the experience and a lady named Stephanie with customer service offered me free products and apologized and explained that she would contact the owner of the store and be sure things were handled properly . Just to have her give her word that she would handle it and find out what happened and why this store is running like it is made me feel much better because as I said I bought this product on the spot because it felt wonderful but the facial experience was so bad I would never go back to this store again it’s great to know she took the time to email back and forth to be sure I was ok and to let me know she was handling things from this point on . So thank you Stephanie You are a wonderful customer service rep if not for you I honestly believe that I would never use this product again even though the product is wonderful you took the time to let me know that is not the practice of anyone in this business that represents your product . So my hats off to you for great service in a very bad experience. You made a world of different and have made me excited to receive the products your sending I’m really ready to put them with the products I already bought and see what happens. Thank you again..
