I went to the mall today and was approached by a sales person being told how old I looked and how much my wrinkles showed on my forehead and the “excessive puffiness” under my eyes. I let the sales lady clean under my eye and apply the wrinkle cream. I felt the cream drying (she told me that was my skin tightening) - it was drying. After being told my face needed a huge makeover and brought my self esteem to the ground I broke down and bought it. A short time later I walked by a mirror (still at the mall) and saw gross flakiness under my eyes. I went back to the store and they told me the sale was final. Never did they mention this while in the store the first time. I NEVER buy anything that isn’t guaranteed! Stupid me for not asking. I am a single mom and definitely cannot afford this and should have never bought this! Now I spent well over $300.00 for something that only works for about 15 minutes...so disappointing! Update: I was in contact with the company and they are willing to send me some products that the store front should have told me about for free! I am willing to give this a try when it arrives and will keep you updated if it takes care of the flaky issue caused by using the wrinkle cream alone.

Deal is a deal. The eneo works!!!! As I promise to Sebastian im writing a review. 29 may ill pass by south molton street and after discussion with mr Sebastian I purchase the eneo advance from him it was very expensive but I tried everything for my spits and discoloration he convinced me, we had a deal that if its works ill write my opinion. So thanks Sebastian my skin looks younger then ever color getting much better and we meet soon for the facial. Lina Yordanova

While on vacation in Nashville, I was shopping at the mall. I was approached by a sales lady from the kiosk who proceeded to put your product under my eyes on top of my makeup. She was VERY pushy and made lots of comments I didn’t appreciate. Never had an experience such as this before. She laughed when I told her I spent $100 a month on Clinique products. Very unprofessional. As promised by customer service rep Stephanie, I received my gift box of 3 full size items from the company. Excited to see results. Thanks!

I purchased 2 of your products recently in Charleston, SC and was unhappy with the salesmanship. I am still not sure how much the products cost because the person kept telling me I was getting a discount at a reduced price. I wrote to you to make you aware of this type of salesmanship. Stephanie promptly answered my email and helped resolve the problem. She is truly an asset to your company. She reasonably resolved the problem and made me feel better. I got my products from Las Vegas north premium outlet. It was really hot and had been really exhausted and it happened that hermetise greeted me with the iced tea and began to explain to me their product. While the shopping experience wasn’t entirely satisfactory, I still bought the wrinkle eraser set which seems to be effective (Sales applied a little under my eye and I felt immediately tightened). Another sales came to talk me into buying something but again it was kinda unsettled experience. I decided to write to CS and provide feedbacks. Stephanie replied me promptly and said sorry to my shopping experience. She sounds really sincere and helpful and even sent me a gift bag as apology. The 5 star definitely goes to Stephanie.
