I bought the eye serum in the Bahamas while on a cruise and the syringe will not work at all has anyone else had this problem? I called customer service and left a message and have not heard back from them....l had so much hope for this product and l hope l have not been scammed. Caroline Howard Just contacted customer service ...we will see what happens next. After contacting customer service l got my package of eye serum with 3 days!!! YAY! THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY!!!!

Great product its keeps your face looking fresh😍 yet its my first day of used but i can see the difference before and after.

I bought the eye cream and was having great results. Then, for some reason, the eye cream texture changed and wasn't working. I contacted Hermetise and Stephanie assisted me immediately and replaced it with another jar...very quickly! Thank you Stephanie for your time and attention. Much appreciated.
