I was coaxed into the salon in Maui, who wouldn't want a free facial! I loved the results and had the set delivered to my home. I just started using the products and my face feels so good, I can't wait to see the long term results.

While at a conference in Waikiki, my husband and I were offered a samples on the street and lured into the store with the promise of demonstrating to us how all the puffiness and lines around our eyes would be diminished. I was curious and before we knew it we were both being worked on and sold Professional peeling mask, Professional moisturizer, eye serum and eye creme, plus 1 Foaming Facial Cleanser as a gift! We were told the products would last 2 years, to which we responded that we wanted one set to share, which would last each of us 1 year, but NO! NO! NO! We needed our own! It is now 2 months out I am halfway through the facial cleanser, and the other products will NOT last even 1 year let alone 2 years as we were sold, even though the product is used sparingly. My worst fears are now realized, WE WERE SCAMMED!!!!! We paid over $1,200 and were sold on how much we would save over the course of 2 Years and the wonderful results we would witness. The Eye Serum does tighten the skin while it is on, but once you add makeup it flakes and peels off and looks horrible. Egg whites have the same result for my eyes! We ran into another couple while in Waikiki who had spent well over $7,000 on many more products and we were glad to have dodged any further bullets. I am ready to return my husbands unopened set and my opened set for a refund since the representation of 2 years worth of product for each of us is a falsehood.

We were hassled into your store off of Carnaby Street completely surprised and unwilling, only To be bullied by the shop assistant for saying we couldn’t afford their products - the minute we said we couldn’t afford it we were treated so rudely and aggressively, worst customer service I’ve ever received, really upset me

I bought my products in the Bahamas and the majority were to be shipped to my home. Only received a portion of what I ordered. I contacted customer service via email and was immediately shipped the remainder of my products. Great product and great customer service

Product showed results after one use. Very pleased.

Stephanie was extremely helpful in dealing with a problem I had. She was efficient & so fast in her response to me as well as solving the problem. She was a joy to work with!

My issue was resolved in record time by the Rep. Stephanie. Not only did she solved my dilemma she actually followed up to see if I has any other issues or concerns. Imagine that someone actually following up to make sure everything was taken cared of. Now that’s a company I like doing business with.
