I had purchased an eye cream in Nassau, Bahamas while on a cruise last month and was scammed. My bottle was empty. I emailed customer service and Stephanie sent me out a new bottle very quickly. Thank you Stephanie for your prompt and courteous response. Something needs to be done about the scammers in the Bahamas and elsewhere that are representing Hermetise. They are not a good representation of this company.

I love the professional moisturizer; service is wonderful. What not to like!

I have read all of the reviews and while I admit these products are expensive you do see results. It is better than having surgery. My skin looks and feels better. I feel happier knowing I look better. At 51, this is a great feeling.

I used their eye cream syringe and the results were truly remarkable right away. I would recommend this to anyone with bags, wrinkles or any facial lines that need to be dealt with either right away or long term.

I purchased Yubari King Gold in Bahamas & was having a problem with syringe, Stephanie was excellent. She resolved my issue in just a few hours! Great company, great product!
