Checkout was simple. Prices good compared to others. Rated low due to customer service's unavailability to respond to messages as well as tracking number being undetectable.

Terrible
Terrible, never again. Will do better Internet research on reviews before I purchase online. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. My order took three weeks to arrive.

I purchased 26 5 oz bars of Canus…
I purchased 26 5 oz bars of Canus Nature goat milk soap that my wife and I like. The price was fair and reasonable. I received the order within a short and reasonable period. The packaging was appropriate for the goods. I would recommend Herbspro and will use them in the future.

NO Communication from this company
NO Communication from this company. They accepted my credit card but there was no further communication to indicate a tracking number or that the product was on back order. I tried calling, emailing, live customer chat, no response only that all operators were busy. Purchase made on 11-14. Package arrived yesterday, 12-16. I needed this product, and so canceled the purchase through my credit card company. Ordered through another company and received it within 4 days. I will NOT give this company another chance. I refused delivery of product upon its arrival.

Terrible communication/ slow processing and delivery
I recieved all of the products and they were the ones I ordered. They were also a good deal. Unfortunately, it took a month and some hounding for it to get here. I guess that's what you get with the savings. The communication was terrible. I ended up ordering a backup order from Vitacost and it got here very quickly. It was a little more expensive, but I need my products to arrive in a timely manner and to have reliable customer service. I will likely order from Vitacost again because their processing and shipping time and price, customer service, and products were excellent. Sometimes paying a little more is worth it.
