We never received our product We are not impressed There has been no communication from your part. We have emailed several times but it says your sight is down. We have called and customer service is unavailable.

Foot pads were packaged nicely and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Exactly as advertised.

Product is great it took too long to receive international delivery

11/14/2019 I ordered a bulk package of 2000 packets of Stevita Spoonable sweetener. I received the shipment on 11/21/19. They shipped me a box that was 1/2 the weight of what was advertised on their website. This product usually comes in a package that weighs over 6 lbs. and contains two bags of 1000 packets each. The package I received only had one bag in it and weighed 1300 grams. (Each packet weighs 1.3 grams). I contacted Herbspro by email, and they insisted that they shipped 2000. I asked them to check the shipping weight that as to be reported to USPS when it is shipped, but they continued to insist that it was 2000 packets even though the weight was 3.25 lbs too light. They asked me to open the bag and count the packets which I did. I emailed the number to them (1002) and they told me to count them again! I still had the packets sorted out in bags of 100 each, and each bag weighed the same except for the one that was 102 packets. After 13 days of emails, back and forth. they said they would ship another 1000 packets. I asked for a tracking number, but they never responded. I waited about 8 days for the package, then emailed support again to see if I could get a tracking number. No response. Finally, (two days later) I called my credit card company and they agreed to refund me half of the price of my order. As soon as that went through, Herbspro sent me an email stating that the 1000 packets had been “backordered” and asked if I wanted a refund! Be warned and read all the negative reviews. This company only has 49% of reviews in the 5 star range. The rest are 4 stars or less and mostly 1 star. That means that you have less than a 50/50 chance of being totally satisfied with your purchase, and probably a 50/50 chance of spending considerable time trying to get your order, or your money back! The customer service is terrible! If you buy anything packaged in bulk, count it or weigh it!. Don’t assume it’s the full amount. You have 60 days to dispute the charge with most credit card companies, and it’s not that difficult to do by phone. I wish you luck if you deal with Herbspro!
