No order confirmation so noshipping…
No order confirmation so noshipping info. Order took 17 days to arrive so now will be a late Christmas gift. I thought my ordet didn't go through because I got no email about my order confirmation. When I got my credit card bill I saw that I was charged for the tea I have never received so I called your number 4 times leaving my name ,phone number, and why I was calling but never got a return call. Finally on the 5th call call I got someone to answer.

7 Weeks & NO ORDER
If I could, I'd give no stars! I ordered on Dec. 7th and I still haven't received my order yet (1-17-20) and I don't want it! Just REFUND MY MONEY! The tracking number I had received said for over 2 weeks that my items hadn't even been received by USPS yet. They replied on here that my order was lost, the items were out of stock and my refund was approved. They lied! I never got that either. They told me over the phone that my order had been shipped out before the refund could be processed, but still I never received it! I'd rather pay more money for my supplements from another company and actually receive them instead of taking the loss on both! Herbspro.com STOLE $37.89 from me! I will NEVER use Herbspro.com again and I will continue to advise you and everyone else not to either! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! THIEVES!

The product was ever delivered
The product was ever delivered, even though my account was charged & I got an order confirmation. Upon calling - no one answered for the first 20 calls I made; just an endless loop of recorded messages, before the last one said to leave a message -which only went to another receding that the mailbox was full. When I finally reached someone w, I asked that the order be cancelled & the amount be credited back to my card. He said that would occur in 2-2 days; but it’s been over a week & nothing. More phone calls (20+) never were answered, with the same recording, only to be on hold forever until the call goes dead. No customer service. I believe the company & website are a total fraud & scam.

You get what you pay for
I bought from this company for the first time because they had this product priced the most reasonably. It took so long to receive the Quercetin that I called to find out the problem. The man that answered the phone was rude and unapologetic. Never using them again.

The selection is average, pricing good but it's been over a month and I still haven't received the order.
