They're selling natural toothbrush heads for electric toothbrushes that don't fit. Getting a run around on returning.

Ordered (12) 15 oz cans of Health Valley Organic Minestrone soup, which is a great product but has been discontinued along with rest of H/V soup line. Unfortunately received only 8 of 12 cans (looks like 4 cans must have fallen out on the way), and all 8 were so badly dented that we are worried that contents are now potentially unsafe to eat. Had been tightly packed inside a very flimsy cardboard box with almost no padding and very little tape. A label marked "RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION" was added by shipper (USPS?). After calling, emailing, and submitting photos to HerbPro and review by their "operations team", a full refund was provided. This was appreciated, but it should not have taken so much time and effort to justify and obtain approval. Their packaging procedure for products like this needs a serious overhaul.

I placed an order on March 8. Was finally shipped March 21. Still not received the order. I hope it will ever be delivered. Every two weeks one step further. And it must be delivered in teh Netherlands!!!

I have tried to reach them repeatedly for last week. Their phone goes dark after pressing one or two for help. Placed order Feb 7th. Only received one confirmed email. So assume has not been shipped. No answer back from support email I sent either. Wonder if employees are all sick or company having problems. I live in SC, USA. Have no idea what s up with my order.

shipping is very expensive, and the order takes too long to ship. Service is good, and everything is reliable, and at a good cost.

My order took almost two weeks to even ship. Would have been nice to get an email saying it was delayed. When I called customer service they said it would ship out Friday or Saturday. It didn’t end up shipping until that following Tuesday. We ordered directly through the website instead of on a third party thinking “buy local to save them fees” but I would have gotten it way faster through the third party. Probably won’t be buying anything directly anymore.

When I was on line the reason I bought from your company it said delivery 12/2 to 12/5 so I bought from your company since I needed the product ASAP. Well that was false info on website. Did not receive till 12/10. Was very unhappy. I could of got it cheaper and couple days earlier.

I put my order on on Nov 8th didn't receive product till Nov 26th. I tried to contact co to see where my order was, couldn't get in touch with anyone.
