Good product & price, bad customer service.
I ordered it on 12/1, got an email shipped on 12/4, saw that the shipper received it on 12/10 and that it would arrive on 12/16 (which it did). On 12/11 I sent an email to support expressing my opinion that this was BAD SERVICE. My email has not been acknowledged which is much less than them taking ownership of the delay (or even pointing the finger at the shipper).

No shipping info
During the online purchase and also at the end, it did not show when I would receive the item. I bought it to send to Brazil, my husband was going there in 10 days. The item did not arrive on time to be taken by him.
