Great experience!
I have stayed with Herb Affair because of the simple reason that they care: They care about you first and foremost. They know their products very well. If they mess up they fix it and they admit it and they fix it right now! If you mess up they fix it right now and try to avoid the mess up from happening again. They always ship on time and if there is a delay in shipping they notify you well before the proposed due date. They follow up on orders and transactions trouble or no trouble. Did I mention they care and you talk to a person who you can understand and who understands you. I have had a great 10+ year experience with Herb Affair. I believe in them and I believe in their products. You can't say that about too many things today.

I couldn't find "Cap-M-Quik" in the O size anywhere in my town but Herb Affair not only sells it but also their service is outstanding. My inquiries were answered promptly, the product was shipped promptly and a small gift of elderberry seeds was enclosed. I intend to go to this web site hereafter given my positive experience.

Fantastic Customer Service
I made a purchase of a product I had been seeking via Herb Affair (HA) because I was the best price for the convenience of having delivered to my door. After my purchase I realized I should have purchased a package offering I contacted HA & asked for the better offering. "No Sweat" Derek said - No need to return & replace just order the additional items & they credited me the difference equal to the package offering. That's Great Customer Service + you're not calling India to obtain resolution to a concern. Well Done! I will be ordering more product as I need it from Herb Affair.

I ordered things and they came
I ordered two items (000 capsules and a capsule filling 'machine') and they both came on time and worked as described. Hence I'd recommend buying products from this company. They clearly have it together and I'll buy from them again in the future.
