Excellent company and products
I purchased the capsule-it in size 00 and after making my first pills and completely impressed. I can't wait to make more and will definitely be buying ALL the other sizes! Shipping was quick too. Also there was a mix up with me purchasing the ebook at a time when it was free with purchase. I sent an email and they responded and returned my money in less than 12 hours. Great company! Very professional.

My Mistake Corrected By Herb Affair !
I ordered two Capsule makers from Herb Affair, one a size O and the second a size OO to replace my OO which was lost during a move. Within an hour of ordering the OO my unit was found. I promptly reached out to the folks at Herb Affair to see if they would cancel the order for the OO unit and to my surprise they Did Cancel The Order For The OO unit with no strings attached ! I will be back to Herb Affair for any capsule making supplies and no one else ! THANK YOU HERB AFFAIR

I ordered one of their capsule machines…
I ordered one of their capsule machines and empty capsules to be filled. I realized a couple of weeks later I ordered the wrong capsule machine. I had not opened it, I sent an email and the response time was amazing. They sent me a return label and I am currently waiting for my new capsule machine. The fault was my own, not paying attention to what I was ordering, but the attention to detail and the concern from the company was amazing! I didn’t think I would hear from someone or the response would have been, they could not do anything for me, but they made sure I was satisfied! In the future, I will be ordering a few of their organic powder products they offer. Do your research, but this is a rocksolid company in my opinion

Great customer service and quick to respond to a mistake i made!! Easy ordering process. Accidently had an old address default in my order. I sent an email 15mins after order was sent. First thing next morning was a response from the company updating the address before shipment. Everything hs all good to go. Nice to see people take pride in their work. It shows.
