Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! When i made a silly mistake in my order I quickly emailed support. Wasn't long before someone reached out and fixed my order, not to mention during the weekend. great company, would order from again.

Great Experience

Ordered the capsule filling machine but…
Ordered the capsule filling machine but accidentally ordered in the wrong size. I emailed them asking if I could change the size and got a response back very quick! They were able to switch my order to the correct size I needed and customer service was so very polite!

Protection at it's BEST!
I recently travelled and for a few weeks prior to getting on the plane, being exposed to coughs, sneezes, germs everywhere, I was sure to not miss a day of my supplements I was able to create at home. All the powders are so vibrant in color. I had so many people while I was out of town asking about my supplements and why they were different from the hard ones they took. Well, aside from making them myself, they are Organic and 3rd party tested. Provided by Herb Affair. I will always have these with me! I still feel amazing. I think I was prepared with healthy supplements in my system!

I thought someone had stolen my…
I thought someone had stolen my package, or that it got lost in the mail and the customer service I was provided was top notch. My local post office was able to track down my package and these guys kept in contact with me throughout the process.
