The Hera team is so wonderful. From the beginning, we were lucky enough to work with Eddie who was communicative, so helpful, and led us through the whole process with ease. Where the team really shined was when there was a slight issue with my ring. Lauren was not only very quick to respond to me, but her and her team quickly rectified the situation. I appreciate not only that the issue was fixed, but that I was educated on why this happened and the steps they would take moving forward to ensure it wouldn’t happen again. Hera was a pleasure to work with and I have so much faith in their company. It was really important to us to work with a women owned company who understood the queer experience, and Hera did not disappoint in the slightest. Now, the RINGS. My fiancé and I were both fortunate enough to have our rings be from Hera. They are so gorgeous and we receive compliments alllllllll the time (which we eat up). We each had a very specific idea of what we wanted and Hera created EXACTLY what we envisioned. I cannot recommend Hera enough!!!!

The ring is amazing. It's very clear that there's strong attention to detail and it's durable. Everyone was very responsive over email and took the time to explain all the steps. They also met my target deadline even though I was late in some of my responses. Overall, great experience and I'm very happy with the experience. Only thing I would change is the initial in person session. I wish we could have done more to get things moving then instead of pushing to email.

Hera certainly delivered! From start to finish Lauren and her team fully heard our vision and were able design rings that are uniquely ours and fit my husband's and my personal styles perfectly. Working with them was not only easy but felt like we were talking with old friends, which made it smooth and comfortable. We also appreciated Lauren's strong emphasis on durability in design, which is something that I hadn't thought much about prior to meeting with her. Overall, if you're looking to work with a team that is honest, fair, hardworking, creative, kind, ethical, and makes a damn good ring then you need to work with Hera! We guarantee you'll never regret it.

We had both of our rings made by Hera and we love them. The rings are beautiful, well-made and the Hera staff were happy to take on our customized orders and executed it brilliantly. We were updated every step of the way and kept in the know. Being kept in the loop so well was a big relief for me.

Lauren and her team are just incredible. I had an idea to customize one of their rings, so not too complicated, but I had a lot of questions and specifications in the process and always felt heard and supported. I started talking with Lauren months before we got engaged, and she kept that info until my partner reached out to start the process of actually having the ring made - he knew what I wanted as well, but it was so seamless with Lauren already knowing so all he had to do was cross-reference and make some final decisions and approvals. My ring is the most incredible piece of jewelry I’ve ever seen, let alone owned - the attention to detail is so apparent and it looks and feels like a durable future heirloom piece. We’re so thankful to have found and trusted Hera with this ring, and look forward to getting our wedding bands from them as well. I can’t recommend them enough!

Working with Lauren and the team was phenomenal! The entire process from ring/stone selection to custom tweaks to even working with delivery dates was a breeze. The craftsmanship and quality of the final product just blows me away! They knocked it out of the park!
