Working with the team over at Hera has been nothing short of extraordinary. We first worked with the team when picking out my engagement ring. I came to Lauren and the team with very little information, feeling really intimidated by the process. Lauren and Grace and the entire Hera team were patient with me, explained the pros and cons of different cuts, band widths and side stones. They are such experts and so incredibly knowledgeable. They were SO supportive and informative. My ring came out absolutely exquisitely! I get compliments on it all the time. I had such a fabulous experience with my first ring, we obviously went to them again for my fiancés wedding band. They again knocked it out of the park. They were so communicative, so consultative and got me the ring in a timely manner. I will tell anyone who asks me how professional, creative, kind and exceptional the team over at Hera is!

Our meeting was so informative! Thank you for taking the time to answer all our questions and help us design our custom ring, removing all stress from the process. I especially love that the metals are recycled. The ring is beautiful!

We first met with Hera during a pop-up in LA. We'd consulted with a different company prior to Hera, but felt right at home with Hera after the pop-up visit. Kennedy was attentive, thoughtful, and patient with a couple who weren't completely sure what they wanted. We were given only gentle encouragements and helpful advice, rather than a push to order something while we were there. Additionally, we knew we wanted to purchase a moissanite to be able to spend more money on the setting. With Hera, we didn't feel any pressure to choose a natural diamond for the engagement ring - this was not our experience elsewhere. Kennedy took very detailed notes and sent them to us shortly afterwards to confirm everything was correct. Another small but significant act was that Kennedy and Hera used our correct pronouns (they/them for the ring recipient) throughout the visit and in our later correspondence as well. It took us a month longer, but we eventually decided to proceed with Hera and create a bespoke ring. Both of us were involved in the design process, and over the next few weeks we created a custom ring that was exactly what we'd hoped for. Once the design was finalized, I was able to remove my partner from the email thread to keep the engraving a surprise, and Hera helped me keep that secret for the remainder of our work with them. The only hiccup during our experience with Hera happened when the ring shipped to us. The ring was sent via FedEx on 11-14-2024, but by 11-19-2024 the tracking details had no additional entries beyond a 11-15-2024 departure from a FedEx hub in Memphis. We contacted Hera about the shipping status, and they didn't have any additional information for us, so we opted to call FedEx and confirm that the package was actually in transit. The ring ended up arriving the very next day, so maybe FedEx just hadn't been updating the tracking history? But in any case, the ring arrived safe and sound, and I was able to propose to my partner with a one-of-a-kind ring that they love. We'd strongly recommend that you consider working with Hera if you're looking for a custom engagement ring! We're looking forward to working with them again when getting our wedding bands!

Wonderful experience, Hera specialist walk you through the whole experience, and are very transparent about each step of the process.

Had a great experience with HERA. They set up a virtual appointment to go over our engagement ring and look at our options. The customer service process and scheduling was well done and efficient.

The team at Hera was very responsive and very helpful when picking a ring for my now wife. She absolutely adores her Moisannite Emerald cut ring with a Finn band and it’s our favorite pass time to look at it in the natural light. As an LGBTQ+ couple we felt seen and heard with this decision to purchase from Hera!

I purchased an engagement ring from Hera right before a hurricane decimated the city where they're located. I was nervous that this would potentially delay or cancel my order, but instead I received it faster than I had expected! When I reached out with some concerns (a mis-sent email stating that my ring had been delivered) they promptly got back to me to let me know that this was a clerical error and that the ring was still in production and would be sent soon. My partner absolutely LOVES the ring - it was a semi-surprise for her (she knew I had a ring coming for her). She's a silver-smith so she has an eye for jewelry and she just absolutely adores the ring. The entire process couldn't have been easier, and I'm super grateful that they offer custom sizing and not just run-of-the-mill half sizes or full sizes. This allowed me to get her a ring that really fits her finger properly. The jewels are gorgeous and seem to be set really well, and the construction of the entire ring is flawless. Being able to put a custom engraving in the band was a great benefit as well.

I had a great experience with Hera. They were responsive and quick to help me out with all my questions. They did a great job on the piece itself and were very communicative throughout the whole process.
