Hera Fine JewelryReviews of herafinejewelry.com

I ordered both my engagement ring and my wedding band from Hera. The entire process was easy to navigate. I emailed the team with a couple questions and received prompt responses. They even put a ring back onto the website so I could order it (the Zelda oval). I recently received the Finn gap band as my wedding band and was very pleased that it fit my engagement ring perfectly. I can’t recommend Hera Fine Jewelry enough, and I am beyond happy with my gorgeous ring stack.

We worked with Shaye Morin. Shaye provided perfect client service. She responded immediately to every email. In person, she explained and showed and gave her recommendations in a way that was extremely helpful. She made us feel extremely comfortable and made it easy for us to ask questions. She didn’t pressure us in any way. Extremely supportive. We will be coming back for our engagement rings 100%. I could’ve have imagined a better experience. Excited to work with Shaye in the future.

Service was absolutely amazing! They answered every question I had! I could not be happier with my ring and the service provided! Buy Hera!

As first time ring shoppers it was a little intimidating to find the right jeweler. Shaye was very helpful and showed us so many options. Got sized and found the perfect rings. Very happy with the experience and the quality of rings we received.

Great product; arrived on time. I'd recommend Hera

My partner and I love our rings from Hera! We went to the NYC showroom, which was really helpful to understand exactly what the rings would look like in person and ultimately I went with one of the rings from their catalog and my partner decided to do a custom ring. It did take a while (which they were upfront about), but ultimately we were really happy with how our rings came out and they bring us joy each day.

Hera took my ideas and turned them into my partner’s dream. Lauren’s knowledge, professionalism, and design expertise demystified the buying process and made it stress-free and enjoyable. The finished product is heirloom quality and truly represents our story. Also, when you shop at Hera, you are supporting good people that care deeply about what they do and are making a historically problematic industry more transparent and ethical. What’s not to love? Thank you Lauren and thank you team Hera.

I cannot recommend Hera Fine Jewelry highly enough! They take great care with their handmade rings, and the experience of customizing my wedding band with them was truly a pleasure. They worked with me in great detail and Mike graciously passed on my feedback to the production team throughout the process. Gina was a pleasure to interface with and was so flexible with scheduling. If you are looking for a special & unique wedding or engagement ring, you cannot miss at Hera Fine Jewelry!
