Hera made the engagement ring of my dreams. Shaye, their client services manager in Pasadena, was truly stellar at making us feel welcomed & comfortable & informed. Every aspect of this ring surpasses my expectations, from the detailed hand engraving to the stone itself. I would recommend anyone to Hera who wants a personalized touch with such an important purchase.

My fiancé proposed to me with a ring from this company and it is absolutely stunning. I can tell how sturdy the material is, love how sparkly the stone is and I love that it’s ethically sourced and made. Thank you guys so much for a beautiful ring.

The entire design process was easy, Mike was a treat to work with. He answered all of our questions promptly and worked with us through every step of the process. It was a fantastic custom experience. The ring itself is so incredibly gorgeous and so unique! It's extremely well made and you can tell how much thought and care the team put into the design!

I just got my Cartagena ring from Hera and I'm already excited to place my next order! The ring is beautiful and feels sturdy, and the customer support agents were super helpful and efficient. Lauren speaks so beautifully and provides great education on jewelry from materials to construction, and I'm so glad I get to support this lovely, ethical, and sustainable small business.

Communication was great and consistent and I always knew what was happening and got updated with the ring. The in person ring shopping was nice too and they were happy to make custom mockups of designs on the spot so we could see what we were thinking.

A fantastic team to work with! We visited Hera after going to a few traditional/big box jewelry stores and they were such a breath of fresh air. Knowledgeable, ethical, and very friendly. We never felt like they were just trying to "make a sale", they genuinely wanted to build a ring that we loved that will LAST. Not to mention, it's absolutely stunning!

My wife and I got all 4 of our rings from Hera and we absolutely love them. Mike was very helpful with showing us the options we had and answering our questions. We did some modifications to our rings and the process from concept to finished product was smooth and easy. Not to mention, the rings themselves are gorgeous and the craftsmanship is incredible.
