Hello Carson, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. My name is Henry, founder of Henry’s Watches, and I’m truly sorry to hear about your experience — this is absolutely not the impression we want to leave with any of our customers. I completely understand your frustration regarding the shipping process and the handling of your cancellation request. We strive to provide clear communication and fair solutions, and I regret that we fell short of your expectations in this case. While we do ship our watches from our international warehouse to keep our products affordable and accessible, I understand this may not have aligned with your expectations. Our partial refund offers are meant to avoid additional shipping costs for our customers, but I respect that this may not have been the resolution you were hoping for. Please know that I am personally committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. I would love the opportunity to look further into this for you. You can reach out to us directly at [email protected] — we’re here to help and find a solution that works for you. Thank you again for your feedback — it helps us improve and provide a better experience for all of our customers. Best regards, Henry
