I don’t like that you charge credit…
I don’t like that you charge credit card before appt and that you have no way to track the meds!!!!

Thank you for your review. We understand your frustration with the billing and tracking process, and we would like to provide some clarification. The initial charge is taken up-front for a few reasons: We have found it cuts down on no-shows for the providers when people pay first. Also, as a telehealth service, it provides an additional form of ID verification. Regarding tracking your medication, the pharmacy sends the tracking information via UPS/FedEx. We do not send them automatically as we are not the originating shipper. However, we are always here to help you obtain tracking information. The process was easy
The process was easy. My nurse practitioner made everything very easy to understand and comprehend, and what I need to do once I get my medication so yes, it was. It was very good process.

So far my experience has been extremely positive. The initial televisit was prompt, informative as well as efficient. The medication was shipped promptly and delivered within days. Communication has been effective and great.

My overall experience was very bad
My overall experience was very bad. I was prescribed oral semaglutide that had obviously never been proven as effective. It seems as though Henry Meds is using paying customers as trial participants. The comment of my second nurse (who works for Henry Meds) that "yes, I understand- this medication hasn't worked for anyone" is very disturbing and unethical. I'm leaving this review to prevent other patents from spending an exorbitant amount of money, time, and mind space to a treatment that has never been proven to work. Henry Meds should be refunding 100% of the money to EVERYONE that was duped into paying for this medication. Lastly, there is a mental health component to this carelessness- people are spending months adhering to the dosages, timeframes, and questioning their own experiences around how this medication is working/not working/affecting them and their health. Why put people through this exercise if there's no proof it works in the first place? I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
