I scheduled a telehealth appointment with Henry Meds, with the earliest available slot being a week out. On the day of my appointment, I logged on 10 minutes early and waited. After close to 40 minutes of waiting, I decided to call customer service, only to find out that my provider had canceled the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. However, no one reached out to inform me of the cancellation, leaving me waiting on my break from work. I rescheduled and made sure to log on 10 minutes early again for the second appointment. Unfortunately, I waited another 30 minutes before a provider finally came on to speak with me. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen, but better communication and consideration for the patient's time are crucial. I hope Henry Meds can improve their scheduling and notification processes to avoid such issues in the future.
