I've been so happy with the the website and consultation
I've been so happy with the communication and support I've received while making this decision to live a healthy life. My consultant was so knowledgeable and helpful.

The initial consultation
The initial consultation was brief, but questions were answered. It was clear that the PA had read my electronic information form prior to the telehealth meeting.

I signed up for oral semaglutide May 22…
I signed up for oral semaglutide May 22 2024, received my 1st delivery on June 6th 2024. There is a 30 day refund but it's starts from the day you sign up 5.22.24 not from delivery 6.6.24. That's a 15 day discrepancy and I was charged again on 6.22.24 only 15 days after 1 at delivery. Also no weight loss or loss of appetite. Essentially there is no way for you to get a 30-day refund when you only use the product for two weeks!

The providers are very knowledgeable
The providers are very knowledgeable! They answer all of your questions. They really care about you as a patient. I would recommend Henry Med to anyone. I give them not 5, but 6 stars!

Bare bones service, effective meds at a good price
I'm only just starting my 4th week - the medication is working and arrived quickly so very happy about that. For the price I wasn't expecting high end service, but surprised i didn't even get a follow up email to check in on how things are going yet. My provider said there would be a check in and follow up virtual visit at around 30 days. Not correct. I contacted customer service and found out, no one is going to reach out to me until a little before 2 months in. For effective meds mailed to your house it's a great price. Just bare bones service. Similar low-cost providers like goodrx, has a thousand times better service, so i guess i was expecting a little more with the service.
