The customer support was great to me. Responsive and helpful.i received my vial within just a couple weeks of my consultation maybe less, it was pretty quick for me living in the Midwest. The product itself I took for the 3 months and progressively lost about 25lbs in that time. The 1st month nothing really happened, maybe lost a few pounds, still felt my normal hunger. The 2nd month once I upped my dosage I could notice the lack of hunger. I spread my injections out throughout the week rather than all at once. I'm now off of Henry Meds but have been able to continue with my better eating habits, protein was my friend here along the journey.
