I had the best interaction with Konrad the other day when I called after receiving my medication and finding it did not sustain the shipping trip in our heat wave and meds were essentially ruined. He immediately rectified the situation and got me connected with a second shipment. And followed up the following day with more details about shipping time. I deal a lot with customer service in my professional life, and have noticed customer service getting worse and worse (calling and receiving no resolution to the issue at hand or attitude heavy agents) and this experience with Konrad was easy and I really felt he cared.

Jharlene was fabulous with helping me access my Henry Meds account and information! I am not tech savvy and so patience and persistence were needed. The process so far has been seamless. The phone call was short. My meds were sent and arrived two days later. Haven't started just yet. Going to read the instructions. Here we go, a bit nervous. Upon my first injection I found I just have one months worth and was told I would be receiving 3 months. I am concerned that I will not receive the next 2 months of meds when I am finished with the first month I thought I would receive a bottle of meds for each month. But after confirming, they told me the one was for three months. After that was sorted everything is going well.

I didnt receive notification in advance of my shipment so it was outside in the heat longer than I would liked. I have had NO communication from Henry's. I finally called to resolve the issue. My patient portal is messed up and not updating with correct info. Help
