I have had nothing but amazing service from Henry Meds. From the providers that I have seen to customer support, each person has been very kind and extrememly helpful. I recieve responses to my inquiries in a timely manner and they have always been detailed and informative. The newest thing added that I appreciate is the notification of shipment and delivery of my meds, which was something Henry Meds did not do in May when I started with them. Even though my pharmacy also sends notifications its nice to have everything on one website. There are no hidden fees. Everything you need to know is all on the website. I highly recommend Henry Meds.

My appointment was great

I have always been a skeptic of online doctors I couldn’t have been more wrong with Henry Meds. You get to Meet with your Doctor face-to-face. They answer all of your questions and the pricing of the meds is Outstanding! They answered all of my questions , and it’s like having your own personal Doctor make a house call. My doctor was extremely informative answered all my questions and made me feel right at home. Meds are delivered right to your home. You can have as many Visits with your doctor as you want,that is included in the price. So if you are like me and have a lot of questions, that is perfect. I did a lot of research before I went with this company and got this company‘s name from my own doctor. I know I am in good hands after meeting with them. They give you all the supplies you need which is also a plus and also included in this very low price. If your looking for a great Dr don’t wanna leave your house but want to have Access to a doctor at all times and be able to talk to them face-to-face Henry Meds is the way to go!

The doctor telehealth was fine. What was not ok, was when I agreed to change the prescription, and had to ok it. It said i owed and was due today 148. After I had already paid that, and it said I had a refund. Well I called and the guy said yup go ahead and do it it will only charge you 148, and it charged 297. He knew it would, and he was snarky about. He knew, and I think that it was was deceiving.

Sign up and getting your bloodwork done for treatment is pretty easy and straightforward. Initial appointment with a NP was scheduled through their portal and confirmed several times via email and text. Provider no showed for my appointment and when I called the rep was very nice but informed me that somehow I had been scheduled with a provider that is not licensed for my state. Not a great first impression for something I'm paying entirely out of pocket for. The rescheduled appointment is still not showing in their portal and I have not received any communication confirming.

Customer service is amazing here. The stafff is so prompt to answer. Had my first interview and it was awesome. Lasted less than 15 minutes and I did it all in my pajamas. Waiting on the meds now by shipping. Never leaving my home. Awesome
