It's an quick and easy registration and intake process. My Provider was courteous and knowleadgable. The only downside was the I had to wait for the appointment to start late by about 3 minutes.

I don't know if Henry Meds uses better pharmacies than their competitors (they can be using the same ones for all I know). And I wouldn't say they've been timely because they haven't. Some appointments haven't been kept on time by their folks and we've had to scramble to make sure meds have arrived on time. I go on the road for weeks at a time so this isn't just about missing my dose for a day or two. It's along the lines of why bother paying for this service if I can't use this stuff when I'm supposed to. And I haven't heard back from customer support on their web page. But man, their representative on Facebook Messenger is on top of their game. They made sh@t happen. They got back to me in a quick turn around with answers or solutions. I sent back a "thank you" at 3 am (I work nights and wanted to make sure I got back an acknowledgement in) and they responded to that within minutes. Does this person even sleep? "The Messenger" is the reason I stayed with Henry Meds and I was set on leaving (initiated my cancelation on the website so that may have taken a year) but "The Messenger" impressed me. Listen, a lot of places will fall short of my expectations, I can be anal. But "The Messenger" is definitely one the best "go to" persons I've ever encountered.
