They auto charge you monthly but find reasons to delay your second round of prescription. I paid $900 for only 8 weeks of treatment and when I complained TWICE they ignored it and then decided to further delay my next shipment and said I needed a doctor's evaluation first. Itll be over 4 weeks by the time I get round two which means I paid for a whole month of nothing.

Impressed!! I can't say enough good about the service I've had so far and all the help I was given. When I was filling out the forms and didn't know how to send a picture of my ID from my computer, I had a guy that was very patient with me and left me his link to actually let him know that I had finished all that I needed to do to go on forward. He then sat up my appointment time with a PA. Jordan, she was very helpful and took her time with me to explain how everything would work etc... The medication came to me without having a lapse in what I'd been on through our Ins. Co. I'm very thankful there are companies out there like this for people that need the help but can't afford it after our Ins. quits helping with the expense of weight loss medications. I feel VERY COMFORTABLE with going with Henry Med. Thank you, Lisa

It was very easy to get an appointment with PA when needed. It was very easy to switch from oral semaglutide to oral tirzepitide when the semaglutide lead to no weight loss. Two months after use of two different GLP 1s and no weight loss I canceled my subscription. Disappointed I spent money on this and got no positive outcomes.

Thank you for the review. Henry Meds is never happy when our clients do not experience success. Unfortunately, not all medication works for each individual. While we always want clients to meet their goals, the medications do not work for everyone.

Making my online appointment was fast and easy. The pre appointment paperwork was a breeze to fill out, the questions are easy to understand and nothing is confusing. They send reminders reguarding the appointment time and my provider was ready for me a few minutes early. During the appointment every question I had was answered and she took her time going over all the info with me not rushing at all. I was given ample opportunity to ask as many questions as I needed to and her answers were super knowledgeable and very friendly! Happy to have found them.
