I had my initial appointment with Henry Meds yesterday and was quite pleased with the experience. To be honest, I was a bit leery of how things might work, whether I’d consider the visit to be sufficiently thorough, and just generally a bit anxious. My provider was professional but engaging and personable. It was clear that she had reviewed my medical history forms and responses to questions I’d submitted. She asked a number of relevant questions, explained the medication, and detailed procedures. She listened well, addressed concerns, and gave ample opportunity for any questions I had. I look forward to getting started.

Provider Meghan Jacobs was fantastic. Have been extremely stressed for several months over acquiring maintenance meds my insurance will no longer cover. Meghan was understanding, compassionate and knowledgable. I am so grateful for the help she provided me today. I would like to work with her again through this service

I’m not impressed at all, for the cost of this. I have been on it since June, I have not lost a pound. Yes I eat right and exercise. If I want to try something else it will cost more, are you kidding me. This actually makes me more hungry. I will give it a little longer , but I think there is probably something that might actually work elsewhere, ☹️☹️☹️ FYI I did 2 or 3 follow ups that is how I know it cost more than the 249 a month I already pay. Maybe I’m the 1 % this doesn’t work for. If it doesn’t start I will change to a cheaper place which is out there. Thanks for your reply

We do offer many other treatments, so in the event that clients don't respond to a given treatment, the providers always work to find alternatives that may be more effective.
