Had my initial interview on Aug 21 and was delighted at the thoroughness. Reviewed my complete medication list to see if they’d be any interaction with the medication I’m interested in. After further question and answer period I was able to enter into this program. Received the prescription 3 days later. LZ

Made my appointment with ease, my NP was very helpful, answered all my questions. Told me when to expect my medication, how to use it and when my next appointment will be! Can't wait to start my weight loss journey!!

I went through a few rough years with the loss of loved ones and change in my job due to Covid. I have gained a lot of weight during this time and my PCP offered no help. He simply said it wasn’t likely my insurance would pay , so I tried a weight loss clinic and struggled to find the time to drive each week to get the Injection. I had my first appt this morning and my RX has already been received at their pharmacy. Feeling hopeful for the first time in a long time. Thank you!

The meds seemed to be quite diluted based on me not losing any weight for the length of time I used them. I had a much more positive experience and lost weight using compounded meds from another provider. Additionally, they kept charging my credit card even after I terminated my membership and it was a huge hassle to get a refund.

I am a huge fan of the convenience, and Henry's prices are one of the most cost effective I could fine for this type of weight loss plan. Waiting for them to add HRT to their service list...

I was using them for 7 months when a situation arose where I needed to provide a medical note for a job (pilot) saying I was tolerating the medication well. I talked to the nurse practitioner/physician’s assistant (that’s who prescribes the meds with this company). She said she would be happy to write that note, but I needed to go through customer service to get a HIPPA release form for her and then she would send it right over. Shouldn’t be a big deal, right? Oh my god, it was the most frustrating process. I honestly don’t know how to describe the incompetence, disorganization and lack of caring that was displayed by the customer service department. After almost TWO MONTHS of back and forth of calling and emailing trying to get this release form sent (and having to deal with getting an extension from the FAA) I finally gave up and canceled my membership with Henry Meds. I ended up going to my regular doctor and he provided the note the FAA needed as well as took over care of my shot (for less per month than Henry Meds.) Use caution when dealing with them, because if you think you need might anything outside of the norm, dealing with customer service is an absolute nightmare. You won’t realize this at first because when you initially call they are GREAT salespeople and have that side of the business down to perfection. However, handling simple tasks that would be standard with any normal doctor’s office for some reason is next to impossible for them.

The LPN who managed the intake meeting, Sara, was incredibly professional, thorough, and friendly. Being a medical doctor, I appreciated all of the medical questions she asked and all of the advice she gave during our session. Overall a very satisfying first interaction with Henry Meds.
