My appointment went well, we discussed my current meds and what I was doing in addition to this plan. We discussed side effects and things I can do to minimize them. I'm looking forward to starting this new chapter in my life. I'm just waiting for my meds to arrive.

My initial interview was today. Erik was just wonderful. He answered all my questions and concerns He was extremely polite and took his time with me. It’s good to know that Henry has a team waiting to assist if needed.

I got a prescription, but was unable to take it until 3 weeks after my appointment due to a surgery. The provider said she would put any billing on hold. I was billed $250 ANYWAY. I wanted to try the pill version first, but was interested in switching to injections. Both providers were fantastic. But be very careful with the subscription model. I'm not sure if the notes weren't input correctly or what.

I just started the process but it has been very smooth so far!!! Great communication. The provider Jessica Buie was very nice and made me comfortable.

The NP I spoke to was very thorough with the information given and was very professional. She explained the process and it was a real pleasure to speak to her!!!!

Visit with provider was efficient and a good experience. I would give 5 stars except I feel the initial information on the website is intentionally misleading about higher doses. They need to be transparent about 100mg and up costing over $100 more per month. Still giving it a shot and will see if that is the only negative part of the experience.
