My initial phone call went really, REALLY well. The medical professional was so well prepared and knowledgeable about my health history and current needs and desires. Very impressed!

I have been using Henry Meds now for about a year. I heard about them on the Internet, researched, etc., and then began to use them for my GLP-1 needs. They have been very responsive to every email I have sent (response within 24 hours) and, now, finally, they even have a phone number you can call. They were upfront on costs, how to use, best practices, etc. In the time I've been with them their website logon has gone from a simple informational sheet to full on tracking of my order, appointments, etc. It's obvious to me they have been putting in the work to be as responsive as possible to their customers. Every 6 weeks or so, I have a brief interview with them. Everyone has been on-time (halleluiah!), informative and professional. Sometimes the interview is with a doctor, often with an LPN. Everyone seems to know their business. I rarely do reviews, especially initially. But after a year of no surprises, no bumps and friendly service I'd say they've earned their big thumbs up.

I received reminders prior to my appointment and was connected minutes before our start time. My doctor was pleasant and informative. She answered my questions and was extremely knowledgeable. It was a smooth appointment. Highly recommend Henry Meds.

By grace, I stumbled upon the HenryMed ad on Facebook one evening. It was more likely a miracle as I rarely hop on social media. I had taken Ozempic for 6 years with amazing blood sugar control until September of 2023, when my employer’s insurance company denied it. She also made promises but thought that I was worth the shot to be treated with dignity and respect unlike my employer and insurance company. Within 3 calendar days, I was seen by the HenryMed provider, I was approved for Semiglutude the same day, and my medication was prepared and shipped to me within 48 hours of being not only approved but seen! This is truly miraculous and a honest to goodness lifesaver! I’m amazed and my jaded self has had faith restored in her fellow- man. I know that I’ve not received my medication yet and will certainly follow up with a review but so far I’m pleased as punch with the respect, dignity, care and concern provided to me by HenryMeds.

Had a timely call from the doctor who was pleasant and spoke in easy to understand terminology. The doctor went over everything I needed to know and I had opportunity for questions but I had none as he was very thorough. I highly recommend Henry Meds for their knowledge, ease of service,follow up and competitive pricing.
