Alexandra is the AMAZING!
Alexandra went above and beyond to understand my concern. She researched the issue, communicated with me, offered a solution and resolved my concern within 24 hours. Although my issue was small, she owned it and made me feel as I were a valued customer. My sincerest appreciation to Alexandra for amazing customer service!

Achieving good results.
Achieving good results. I have enjoyed my interactions with their staff. They are monitoring my labs and adjust treatments as needed. And I feel like we are moving in the right direction with treatment. This is an affordable alternative when you have no Healthcare insurance. No complaints, I'm recommend them.

Not thrilled with advice.
The appointment was on time but I saw a different person than the first time. The first visit when going over my history and what I might need she put me a dissolvable pill. When I had this visit and told her I hadn’t lost any weight since the first visit she said I wouldn’t have put you on the dissolvable pill that it was more for maintenance and I should be on the shot but that is more then what I was paying out of pocket at Walgreens. She did up my strength but said if I don’t see results in 3-4 weeks I probably need to be on a shot instead of a pill. So basically feel like I wasted my money for the first go around since she said that dose and pill was for maintenance I need to lose weight.

Waste of money
Sublingual tirzepatide never worked after 4 months. I paid 349 dollars a month and ended up with 4 pounds more if anything.

The apt went very well
The apt went very well. I received important information regarding medicine interaction. How to take with my meds. I felt very comfortable with this process. The online assistance is a big comfort, and would highly recommend to others. Looking forward to the outcome.
