All these 5star reviews seem a little premature to be writing. Fake reviews about their first visit before even starting the meds is a little unbelievable! My first visit was good, but she offered me nausea meds to have on hand, but I declined. I’m only just past my 2nd shot and have sent 4 emails to their ask@Henry meds trying to get nausea meds sent, but each time they respond with blah blah responses with generic info about the nausea meds, but won’t send it to me. It’s been really difficult to work with them and I’m quickly beginning to think I should have gone with a different company. BEWARE…..1st visit is good, getting any assistance after is impossible. Also, on their website where it gives you an option to cancel subscription, it says “ this form cancellation request is no longer excepting responses”, so now it seems they’ve even made it impossible to cancel your subscription. I have a Screenshots, so hopefully my credit card lets me appeal their next charge.

The process was very smooth, the staff friendly and I received my medicine quickly. They asked a series of questions, confirmed information and let me know that they would fill the prescription and send it. So far, it has been effective and working as expected. Thank you!

The NP was so kind and friendly, really good first experience. Plus meds are included in the monthly price which some companies are very misleading about. Happy I chose Henry Meds.
