Customer service prioritizes making sure I get what i need on time for my trip.
I talked to Melvina who was focused on resolving my issue and thinking creatively around how she could get me my meds before i embark on a month-long international flight. She organized getting the information needed from me and coordinated on the backend the medical team and pharmacy to get me my prescription. Thank you.

Great people and Great Product!
I spoke with Mr. Samuel Palmer N.P. this morning, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I am critical of customer service, and I have to say that this gentleman is top notch. He explained everything very well and exactly what needed to be done. I was a little leery of the product and company before the call, but Mr. Samuel put my mind at ease. Highly recommended!
